Public Lecture with the theme SOE STRATEGY IN THE VUCA ERA

The Public Lecture themed “SOE Strategy in the VUCA Era” discussed business challenges in an unstable and unpredictable environment. Speakers from the SOE sector explained adaptive strategies that include innovation, digitalization, risk management, and strengthening corporate governance. This discussion provided insights into how SOEs successfully innovate and keep growing amidst global uncertainty, as well as preparing students to face business challenges in the VUCA era.

He explained how effective change strategies can drive innovation and sustainability amidst evolving business challenges.
