Dr. Dede Suleman completed his undergraduate and master's degrees in management and completed his Doctorate of Management in Marketing in 2021.  He has been certified Certified Marketing Analyst (CMA) by the American Academy of Project Management. Dr Dede started his career as a professional in the export and import sector. Since 2007, he has been working in the Food sector by establishing Duta Selaras Pangan. Many awards have been won, including the "As nominee Indonesia Young Entrepreneurship Franchise Award" as a nominee in 2009, the "Bank Mandiri Young Entrepreneur Program" in 2011, the "Anugrah Wirausaha Indonesia" in 2016, and the "Indonesia Digital Popular Award" in both 2017 and 2019. Dr Dede has been a lecturer since 2011 at various campuses in Jakarta and was certified as a professional lecturer in Management Science in 2018. In 2022, Dr. Dede joined as a Permanent Lecturer in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Humanities and Business, Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. In the field of scientific writing, he has produced many works in the field of marketing management by publishing 4 books, 3 IPRs and articles in various scientific journals on a national scale and Scopus Q1 and Q2 reputable international journals. He also contributes as an editor and reviewer for national and international journals.

Dr. Mohamad Zein Saleh completed his undergraduate education in law with a specialisation in International Civil Law, then continued his postgraduate education in management, and earned his Doctorate in Management Science at the State University of Jakarta. Before working as an academic, Dr. Zein had more than 25 years of experience in the industry, especially in Sales and Marketing, and various other positions such as Legal, Human Resources, Business Development, and Learning and Development in various large companies, including Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Singapore Telecommunications (SingTel) and PT. Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk, a manufacturer of Achilles and Corsa tyre brands, which since 2019 has been included in the world's leading tyre manufacturer Michelin France. Since 2001 until now he has also been active as a Lawyer at Saleh Riyanto and Partner, which handles many corporate cases: litigation and non-litigation.

Dr Yohanes Totok Suyoto is a senior lecturer at the Management Study Program, Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. He was previously the Head of Management Study Programme 2019-2023 and currently serves as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Business. Before joining Universitas Pembangunan Jaya in 2018, he taught at various universities in Surabaya. Dr. Totok completed his undergraduate education in Malang, and obtained his Master of Management and Doctor of Marketing degrees from Airlangga University Postgraduate Program, Surabaya in 2009 and 2018 respectively. Dr. Totok also holds the Certified Professional Marketer Asia (CPMA) certification from the Asian Marketing Federation (AMF) in Singapore, and several professional certifications from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) to qualify as an experienced trainer and assessor in customer relationship management. In addition, Dr Totok is also actively consulting for various companies, such as energy and mining companies. During his academic career, he has authored several books and published many articles in reputable national and international journals. He also served as a reviewer for several national and international journals.

Dr Edi Purwanto is a lecturer in the management study programme who currently also serves as the Head of the Research and Community Service Institute (LP2M) of Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. He has multidisciplinary expertise, is a researcher and writer at the national and international levels. Dr Edi is also an outstanding lecturer by winning various Achievement Awards including: 2nd Runner Up for UBM Best Lecturer of the Year 2015, UPJ Best Lecturer 2021, UPJ Best Lecturer 2022, The Highest Score SINTA 3-year 2021 (UPJ), The Highest Score SINTA 3-year 2022 (UPJ), Reseacher of the Year 2021 (UPJ), Reseacher of the Year 2022 (UPJ), International Journal Author of the Year 2021 (UPJ), International Journal Author of the Year 2022 (UPJ), Proceeding Author of the Year 2021 (UPJ), Proceeding Author of the Year 2022 (UPJ), Public Leadership of the Year 2021 (UPJ), Networking Initiation of the Year 2022 (UPJ).In the field of scientific writing, Dr Edi is also an editor and reviewer of various leading national and international journals.

Mohamad Trio Febriantoro, S.E., M.M., Ph.D., is an academic with a high dedication to entrepreneurship, digital marketing, entrepreneurial marketing, and innovation. Dr Trio completed his undergraduate and postgraduate education in management as well as his doctoral education (S3) at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia in the field of technology management. Dr. Trio's expertise is not only recognised in the academic world, but also in business practice. Currently, Dr Trio holds an important role as Head of Jaya Launch Pad at UPJ, where he mentors and develops a new generation of young entrepreneurs. His dedication to research and real contribution to society have been recognised by winning various research grants from Dikti. Dr Trio is also an active resource person in various universities and other institutions, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. His life motto is "Creative and innovative young generations drive the world, let's conquer it."

Dr Chajar Matari Fath Mala, S.E., M.M. completed her undergraduate and master's degrees in management. Dr Chajar has completed her doctoral education from the State Islamic University, Jakarta in the field of Islamic finance. Apart from being a lecturer, Dr Chajar also serves as the secretary of the Management study programme. He actively conducts research and community service activities and has published the results of his research and community service activities in various scientific journals, both nationally and internationally reputable.

Cornelia Ayu Purwandari, S.E., M.S.E., is an economist, researcher, and lecturer with expertise in economics, public policy, and financial research. she completed her Bachelor of Economics at Gadjah Mada University cum laude, and her Master of Economics at the University of Indonesia with high honors. For both degrees, he received prestigious scholarships, including the Excellence Scholarship from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikbudristek RI).

Before becoming a lecturer, she gained valuable experience through various roles in government and research institutions. He has worked at Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs, contributing to economic analysis and policy development. He was also a Research Associate at LPEM FEB UI and a Research Fellow at the University of Indonesia, where he was involved in various projects focusing on macroeconomics, financial sector analysis, and policy research.

Her most recent role was as Research and Collaboration Manager at the Research Division of the Pre-Employment Card PMO, where she led collaborative research projects to evaluate the impact of the program in partnership with leading institutions.

Since 2025, Cornelia has been a Permanent Lecturer at Pembangunan Jaya University, teaching management and business courses, as well as serving as the Internal Affairs Coordinator at the Center for Urban Studies. Her research focuses on the areas of Monetary and Finance, Public Policy, and International and Development Economics.

Cynthia Sari Dewi, S.E., M.Sc. is a dedicated and accomplished finance professional, completing her undergraduate degree in Jakarta and her Master of Science degree in Finance from Universiti Utara Malaysia in Kedah, Malaysia. Her academic journey has provided her with a solid foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of finance, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of the complexities of financial management, financial behavior, and the rapidly evolving field of financial technology. In a number of recent studies, Cynthia has shown significant contributions in areas such as digital behavior, financial technology, and MSME development.  In the field of financial technology, Cynthia analyzed how structural assurance, integrity, ease of use, and brand image affect user trust in P2P lending services. Cynthia is still very active in conducting research and publishing it in various scientific journals.

Dalizanolo Hulu, S.E., M.E., C.R.M., C.R.P. completed his bachelor's degree in economics and master's degree in economics from the University of Indonesia. Dalizanolo Hulu also holds various competency certifications in investment and risk. In 2010, he served as an expert in economic development, acting as a management consultant involving 44 districts in Java and Sumatra. In the academic realm, he has taught at various universities in Jakarta. From 2006 to 2008, he expanded his career as an assistant manager in economic and business development at BRR (Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency) NAD-Nias. In addition, he is also actively researching and conducting community service activities as well as publishing his scientific writings in various journals of national and international repute.

Fendi Saputra, S.E., M.M., completed his undergraduate program in accounting and a postgraduate management program. As a lecturer, he has successfully guided students to get funding for the P2MW Program in 2022 & 2023, which is a program of the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture in supporting the development of entrepreneurship among students. He also successfully guided students to get the Entrepreneurship Student Creativity Program (Pkm-k) in 2023, which is a Student Creativity Program in creating business activities for active students. He also actively publishes his written works in various national and international scientific journals.

Dr. Yusuf Iskandar, S.Si., M.M., is a lecturer at the Department of Management, Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, who specializes in social entrepreneurship, human resource management, and sustainable business development. He completed his doctoral degree in Management Science at Padjadjaran University. In addition to teaching, she is involved in several studies related to MSMEs and sustainable development, as well as actively writing and contributing to academic forums both at the national and international levels.

Zulkifli, S.E., M.M., completed his undergraduate (S1) and postgraduate (S2) programs in management. Before becoming a lecturer, he was a practicing Stock Trader in the Capital Market. Currently, he is the advisor of the investment gallery and capital market for students. In the field of teaching, he teaches many courses related to financial management, capital markets, and statistics.

He has conducted many studies analyzing the internal factors that affect financial performance and firm value in Indonesia. In the pharmaceutical sector, his research was to understand sustainable dividend policy. Meanwhile, another study highlighted mining companies, which emphasized the importance of capital structure and profitability in revenue growth. In the region, he also conducts comparative analysis that opens up insights into capital market performance across countries. In the post-pandemic context, his research provides a new perspective on corporate adaptation to financial stress.

With a deep curiosity about entrepreneurship and business sustainability, Syifa Hanifa Salsabil, S.A.B., M.M. began her academic career by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and then a Master of Management from Telkom University, Bandung. Her pursuit of knowledge extended overseas through a student exchange program at SolBridge International School of Business, South Korea, which enriched her perspective on global business dynamics. His research now delves into sustainable business practices in the digital age, driven by a passion for innovation. Alongside academic endeavors, there is also a love for languages, with active proficiency in English and an understanding of German, developed through time spent in Germany.

She has made substantial scholarly contributions in the intersection of education, leadership, digital entrepreneurship, and data analytics, highlighting how campus-based engagement fosters entrepreneurial mindsets in the digital economy in 2024. Her collaboration in the field of educational leadership is evident, emphasizing value-based digital leadership as a strategy to develop outstanding schools by integrating high-tech capabilities with high-touch human interactions. Additionally, she earlier demonstrated her interdisciplinary expertise across business analytics and resource planning.

Windarko, S.T., M.M., is a versatile professional with a background in programming, graphic design, and academics. He completed his bachelor's degree in informatics engineering and then his master's degree in management. He started his career in 2011 as an IT Support Specialist while exploring software development as a practitioner. With a flair for creativity, he also ventured into graphic design, mastering visual communication and branding.
In 2013, he moved into academia, joining a university as a lecturer. Here, he enriched his teaching methods. Currently, Windarko serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Management, Pembangunan Jaya University, He continues to inspire and educate students while actively contributing to research and mentorship. Outside of academia, he remains dedicated to exploring new technologies and engaging in creative activities. With a commitment to lifelong learning and innovation, he is ready to make a significant contribution.

Teguh Prasetio, S.E., M.Si. has a reputation as a lecturer in Human Resource Management (HRM) and entrepreneurship. Having completed his bachelor's degree in Management at Brawijaya University and master's degree in management science at Gadjah Mada University, Teguh has been a lecturer for more than 30 years. He has produced various scientific works in the form of books and publications in various research journals and community service journals, both at the national and international levels. In addition, in 2023 and 2024, he became an International Global Judge who assessed various business proposals from prospective startups incorporated in the Wadhwani Foundation network, an international foundation based in the United States engaged in entrepreneurship development.

Apart from being a lecturer, he is also actively involved in consulting activities with industries, such as the energy and mining industries, following his fields of expertise, namely organization and human resources. Deddy Wibowo Adhinugroho, S.E., M.M., is a professional with more than two decades of experience in various industries. He completed his bachelor's degree in marketing management and master's degree in service management from Trisakti University Jakarta, which equipped him with a strong foundation in business strategy and market dynamics. His career includes a prominent role in Indonesia's Tourism Promotion Mission to Japan, where he contributed to fostering international collaboration and market expansion. As a Project Consultant for the Market-Entry Advisory Firm. He has guided businesses in navigating complex market landscapes with strategic insights. His expertise includes Marketing Management, Service Management, Public Service Management, and Japanese Business Management. Since 2024, he has been a lecturer of the Department of Management at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya. His dedication to advancing business practices continues to make a significant impact in both academic and professional fields.
